3D Printed Monocup Aero Cockpit Armrest
3D printed monocup armrest is built for triathletes who want real aerodynamic gains and comfort without the premium price tag. By bringing your arms slightly narrower, it improves aerodynamics, front-end stability, and comfort — the same principles used in high-end race setups, at a fraction of the cost. Designed to bolt onto your current aero bars, this armrest replaces just the arm rests without requiring you to replace your entire bar setup. It's mainly compatible with older setups that allow the aero bars to be moved side to side on the basebar, making it a perfect upgrade for existing equipment. Bottle Cage Ready Mounts a bottle between the arms using standard bottle cage spacing — keeping you hydrated without sacrificing your aero position.

Material
Each 3DC Aero cockpit is manufactured using high-quality PETG and reinforced and mounted with 6063 aluminum rods. PETG was selected for its durability, impact resistance, and ability to withstand the demands of everyday riding and racing. Every cockpit is individually produced and inspected prior to shipment to ensure fit, finish, and structural integrity.
Warranty
3DC Aero products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, misuse, modification.
To date, there have been no reported instances of a 3DC Aero cockpit failing during normal use.
